Ordering

Orders require a minimum of 48hours notice for orders, the more notice provided, the more time the

kitchen would be able to prepare for the order. However, we do understand that things happen and an

urgent need is required and we want to help! In these circumstances we may require our team to

provide overtime or make special arrangements to accommodate and would be subject to additional 

administrative fees.

All catering orders are charged a 10% administrative fee for non staffed caterings, and 20%

administrative fee for on site staff catered events.

Catering orders over $300 require a 50% deposit unless they have/open a corporate account.

one week cancellation. The fees for the order will be charged for the full amount and deposits collected

will not be refunded unless specified differently in a catering contract (if applicable). Orders can adjust

the quantities up to 10% prior to the 48 hours of the event.

 

Food Preferences and Allergies

Any dietary restrictions or preferences is preferred to be disclosed at the time of the order to ensure the

ability to accommodate and time to coordinate.

 

Delivery

Catering delivery is available depending on availability. Fees for delivery are $14 - $40 based on distance from the restaurant.


Please allow a window of +/-20 minutes when setting your delivery time in the event we have had

unforeseeable circumstances in the past.

Many times, we are situated in the loading areas, we need to ensure that we are not in the way of

others. We ask kindly to bring helpers or dollies to help with the transportations. Our team is always

trained to help, however, we do use third party courier companies to help us with deliveries and may

not reflect our customer service training. Please let us know if any of our drivers including third parties

for us to address.

 

Containers

Catering orders would normally be prepared and delivered on foil trays and plastic wrapped to make

sure that the foods does not move (too much) while they travel from the restaurant to the event. We

understand that other fellow caterings provide the food in plastic domes. We offer containers or tray

lids when requested. Additional fees for containers.

 

Taxes

All orders are subject t to applicable PST and GST unless we are delivering to a first nation person (treaty

card required) or the first nation on reserve (letter from band office required). Corporations, non-

profits, charities, etc… pay both taxes on and off reserve.

 

Payments

Catering orders over $300 are requested to pay by Cheque, ETF or Direct Payment. However, we do

accept all credit cards for all orders. Complete payment is required by the end of the event.

Deposits may be required for large events, will be discussed prior to ordering.

 

Cancellations

Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled one week (7 days) before the event Many times, we run out of

drivers for deliveries and decline orders. If we know there are openings sooner, we can fill the order slot

with another order! We understand last minute changes, however, we have already ordered and

prepared the items for your order, many times we cannot repurpose these items without jeopardizing

the quality.

 

Cancelled orders under 48hr will have a fee of 50% of order, and cancelled orders under

24hrs will have a 100% of order fee. Any cancelled orders with fees will have some foods already

prepared, the option for client to choose a near by organization for the foods to be donated to.

 

Banquet Hall

We partner with the banquet hall next door, however, the operations of the banquet hall is operated by

Bulldog Event Centre. We have no control on their operations, process, or policies. We hold no liabilities

to the space being used.

 

Surplus Program (for on-site Staffing only)

Staff on site catering would work with the host to ensure a smooth service. Upon completion of the

catering, the host is responsible for bringing containers for the leftovers. Leftovers that do not have

containers will be disposed of on site or with permission from the host to take the leftovers and donate

it to various organizations we work with. Takeout containers and foil trays are available, however, needs

to be coordinated at the time of order.
